Unstoppable Endurance

In these courses you’ll learn how to develop a level of endurance that will allow you to set a pace that your opponent cannot cope with. You’ll be watching them gas-out right in front of you. Dr. Jason Gillis and The MMA Training Bible will teach you the necessary knowledge and skills to design and implement an evidence-based training program to improve MMA-specific endurance and performance, no matter if you’re fighting in 3, 4, 6, or 12 months, or anything in-between.

Unstoppable Endurance in 3 Months

In this course, Dr. Gillis and The MMA Training Bible will take you through a step-by-step process for building unstoppable endurance in 3 months. This course assumes a solid base of aerobic fitness. More attention is given to developing anaerobic (explosive) power while maintaining rest and recovery to ensure optimal performance on fight day. For these reasons Pro fighters competing in 3 months would benefit most from this training program.

Unstoppable Endurance in 4 Months

Like the 3 month plan, this course assumes you have a strong base of aerobic fitness, but with an additional month some more time can be dedicated to aerobic fitness. The main emphasis however is on developing anaerobic (explosive) power while maintaining rest and recovery to ensure optimal performance on fight day. For these reasons Semi-Pro and Pro fighters competing in about 4 months would benefit most from this training program.

Unstoppable Endurance in 6 Months

This course assumes you have less developed aerobic fitness than the 3 and 4 month plans. Due to its longer duration more time is dedicated to developing aerobic fitness, which is then used to develop a high level of anaerobic (explosive) power.  Like all training plans offered by the MMA Training Bible, care is taken to maintain rest and recovery and ensure optimal performance on fight day. Amateur and Semi-Pro fighters competing in about 6 months would benefit most from this training program.

Unstoppable Endurance in 12 Months

This course assumes you have less developed aerobic fitness than the 3, 4 and 6 month plans. Much more time is dedicated to developing a solid base of aerobic fitness which is then used to develop a high level of anaerobic (explosive) power.  Special attention is taken to maintain rest and recovery and ensure optimal performance on fight day. Beginners, amateur, and Semi-Pro fighters wantin to compete in about 12 months would benefit most from this training program.
